People who have passed away linger between consciousness and forgetfulness in our brains, no one can say that people who have crossed over have really gone from our sub conscious, the worth of life can only be realized once you see your loved one die, savvy!
Remembering them is like tormenting yourself deliberately, but at times also gives alleviation and comfort to your soul, which I like to believe we have, so that we make
an effort to keep it clean.
So folks, I could not wait to pen down my thoughts on this following video, I would want you to watch the video first and then read my post it's important, because my message is as simple and complicated as Bach’s symphony.
As a normal, conservatively happy, no great shake type of person that I personally feel, I am, Always on a wild goose chase for principles and rules or in other words, a code to live by, which would help me lead my life in a better way, to make me a better person, to keep me constantly reminded of who I am, but the tragedy of existence is that someday or another you will fail to remember, and by all means it is natural, After all, we are
HUMANS. We fail, we learn, and then we pass. So I hope that my effort make both you and me to remember that life is invaluable and more than a worth of prime minister or president's ransom, on the other hand, that was even lame too compare!
I was spellbound when I watched the video, it made my eyes almost wet with a smile on my face, not saying that I am stout-hearted like Spartans, Trojan or whatever, I have my timid moments, and also I was having dinner with my friends, whom I have a image of being little over dauntless. lol. The idea of a daughter meeting her late father in heaven had itself embraced me deep in my heart. The stage ambiance, the lights and music and the song was just serene, made me eccentric with glee and upset at the same time. That's the capability of that dance performance. That's the ‘dynamism’, dance and music have. The expression of dance never lies and when we talk about death, we all can relate to it, In fact, 95% of you all have experienced the death of your loved ones, closed relatives or friends, this dance video will make you remember that person, and if you do remember, close your eyes and pray for his or her soul to rest in peace, and THANK GOD for this life.
Many Muslims believe that the
present life is a trial in preparation for the next realm of existence. In the
quran, it states - (Quran, 45:24-26) Surely God will raise all the dead.
However, God has his own plan of things. A day will come when the whole universe
will be destroyed and then the dead will be resurrected to stand before God.
That day will be the beginning of a life that will never end, and on that day
every person will be rewarded by God according to his or her good or evil
deeds. In Hinduism the doctrine of rebirth is considered to be a basic tenet
According to the doctrine of rebirth, differences between individuals, even at
the time of their birth are due to their past karma i.e. actions done in the
past birth. For example, if one child is born healthy while another is
handicapped or blind, the differences are attributed to their deeds in their
previous lives. The concept of karma or "law of karma" or Punar Janam
(rebirth) , moksha (liberation) are very similar with concepts applied by
Muslims. And somewhat identical writing is also found in the bible, (Genesis
3:19). Our spirit, when we die, goes either to hell or to be with the Father in
heaven. There is no in-between place, heavenly sleep or state of non-existence,
my point is that, no matter what our thinking is influenced by, our
cognitive or non-cognitive brain believes in something after death, maybe
heaven, another life, or maybe just a long walk. I don't know what's the truth,
but I know I want to believe in what's written in the Quran or the Bible,
because it helps me love more, care more, and be a better human.
There are some
facts that you also cannot deny, that good people die younger, why is it that
people whom you know who don't deserve to be taken away they are taken well
before their time, why ?, I always close that thought thinking that
they all were GOD'S FAVORITE CHILDREN. I love this quote by
Marcel Proust it goes by "People do not die for us immediately, but remain
bathed in a sort of aura of life, which bears no relation to true immortality
but through which they continue to occupy our thoughts in the same way as when
they were alive. It is as though they were travelling abroad." People who
have crossed over definitely linger in your sub conscious for a very long time,
and we are not sure if they do disappear from there at all..
There is a purpose for your existence so is there a purpose why I want you see the video because there is no best way to tell or say rather than in expression of dance. I'm going to keep this video as reminiscence, to love if I have forgotten, to forgive if I have forgotten, to live if I have forgotten. I want to conclude my message with a quote which I am sure you all will like "We say that the hour of death cannot be forecast-ed but when we say this we imagine that hour as placed in an obscure and distant future. It never occurs to us that It has any connection with the day already begun or that death could arrive this same afternoon, this afternoon, which is so certain and which has every hour filled in advance" - Marcel Proust
Seize this day my friend, think about tomorrow, 'tomorrow'.....
